Job Description Develop new hardware & innovative solution on sensor integration and data mining to manufacturing equipment.
Perform new sensor development and selection for data mining to iIoT platform.
Collaborate with Data Analytics team to integrate and implement large scale data solution
Responsible to develop software programs, algorithms and automated processes to clean and evaluate huge amount of datasets from multiple sources.
Documentation: SOP, WI, Equipment FMEA, OCAP and Control Plan for related process.
Ensure effective hand shaking process of new device/product introduction to the line and new process technology capabilities developments.
Qualifications Bachelor/Master in Electronic and Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Robotics.
Familiar with Python, C#, Matlab, JMP, Minitab, or other data analysis tools
Preferred from semiconductor manufacturing experience either with equipment
Familiar with programming language SQL, Python, C/C++, etc.
Knowledge in sensors, drivers and encoder will be an added advantage.
With Assembly equipment and process knowledge will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
