In your new role you will: Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs Moderation of regular project team jourfixes, and coordinating meetings between stake holders PCM to functional correlation Lots' assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standard Process route creation/release and maintenance Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line incase of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics with PMX group Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance Support new product releases, Production tools releases (PCRB),Technology Development & Transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies. Arrange for workshops incl. logistic, Follow up on the actions aligned in the roskhops/meetings and tracking Provide expert knowledge on risk assessment on product quality and reliability. Lead/support Technology Synchronization To monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters Support technology FMEA updates, PCRB releases and MRB risk assessment Own/Maintenance of technology FMEA You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry/Mechanical Eng Minimum 6-8 Years of working experience in the Semiconductor industry preferred. BE experience with relevant qualifications can be considered with longer working experience. Especially WBG/SiCMOS technology preferable. A strong background in semiconductor physics and experience with WBG compound semiconductors/Power electronics device would be highly appreciated. Familiar with advanced statistical analysis tools. Knowledge of unit processes and its influence on product Test methods for specific Technology Knowledge on product applications Knowledge of quality and reliability of products Knowledge of FEBE integration and interdependencies Familiar with advanced statistical analysis tools.
