Job Description Roles / Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust quality systems to support the supplier quality engineering function. Train supplier quality engineers to effectively utilize quality data systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system architectures. Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to design and maintain data pipelines and warehouses. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of systems, procedures, and data management practices. Monitor performance metrics and analyze trends to identify areas for optimization and enhancement. Provide regular reports and insights to management to support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Extensive experience in system design, development, and implementation. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and data visualization tools such as SpotFire, Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn in Python for creating clear and insightful visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Solid understanding of database technologies, data management principles, and data governance best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
