SUMMARYJob FunctionalityAs a wire bond SME, He / She will be responsible for checking details and facts to ensure the technical deliverables are being able to be met via process and is able to work with the RND team to close the GAPS between process and design requirement. He / She will be able to push the limit of the existing machine/process setup and have hands-on experience in developing new processes for next generation products.Requirement and SkillsProven work experience as a Product Engineer lead or similar role.Possesses advanced analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrates self-starter, comfortable with proposing and taking ownership of the project with a broad range of engineering disciplines.Knowledge and capabilities to understand the product architecture so that he/she is able to relate to the process requirements that results to test yields (product performance) - knowledge in EE, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering is a plus.Possesses strong high precision semiconductor packaging knowledge.Knowledge in Optical transceiver product is a plus.Education requirementMasters / Bachelor's in an engineering Discipline.Statistical / Analytical skill or qualification using statistical tools i.e Six Sigma.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors of Science degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from four-year college or university required, Masters of Science preferred; and more than eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.REASONING ABILITY
