About the role
Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and organised Print Care Assistant to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This is a 1-year contract role that is renewable based on performance. As our Print Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and operations of our print services division.
What you'll be doing
-Provide efficient and responsive administrative support to the Print Services department
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
-Assist with the processing and tracking of print orders and related documentation
-Maintain accurate records and databases related to print job details, customer information, and inventory
-Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of print services
-Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organisation of the work area

; Requirements:- What we're looking for
-At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a print or office services environment
-Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
-A customer-oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction
