The Priority Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and building valuable long-term customer relationships with HLB Priority Banking customers where professionalism, client focus and an expert understanding of financial advisory and wealth products are critical to the success of the business.
The successful candidate is responsible for acquiring, developing and deepening customer relationships with a portfolio of Priority Banking customers and will report to the Priority Banking Area Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic consultative advisor to HLB Priority Banking customers, to develop a long term and in-depth customer relationships with the customers while generating revenue and meeting HLB Priority Banking business goals.
Active acquisition and prospecting of new Priority Banking customers, expand new customer base through referrals or internal leads generated by MIS team.
Consistently contribute to the bottom-line of Priority Banking through the accomplishment of personal and team profit and growth targets.
Work with Product Owners, Investment Consultants and specialist teams to offer proactive and personalized financial services to the Priority Banking customers.
Up-sell and cross-sell suitable HLB products based on customers' needs and financial goals; provide market information updates and trend analysis timely and regularly to customers.
Conduct all sales and services activities within the risk & compliance parameters as defined from time to time by the bank.
Requirements:
Malayan citizen.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field i.e.
Banking / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Marketing / Business Studies.
Required Licenses: PCE (Life); PCE (General); CIELI; FIMM/FMUTM.
IPPC will be an advantage.
