We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Premier Service Manager (PSM) to manage the operations of our Flagship Premier Private Client Centre.
As the PSM, you will be the first point of contact for all walk-in clients. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre/lounge, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
1. Centre / Lounge Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of the PPC Centre, including serving meals and beverages to clients, managing inventories, and operational planning.
Maintain scheduling for the use of meeting rooms, events, and in-Centre dining.
Uphold and oversee the PPC Centre premises/facility management in accordance with prescribed standards.
Perform the role of the "Floor Manager" as required.
Create a welcoming atmosphere for visiting clients, including warmly greeting clients upon arrival and ensuring they find their designated spaces.
Take a proactive approach when attending to clients in the Centre, anticipating their needs and addressing concerns promptly.
Identify ways to enhance client service and experience.
Plan, organize, and execute events at the Centre aimed at acquiring new clients and engaging existing clients (events include investment seminars, thematic talks, and lifestyle events, ranging from 10 to 200 participants).
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and attendee registration.
Work within allocated budgets for each event, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution; seek opportunities for sponsorships or partnerships to maximize resources.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event coordination.
4. Relationship ManagementSupport and collaborate with Client Advisors (CA), Client Advisor Assistants (CAA), and Desk Heads to deliver excellent service, ensuring smooth handovers of clients.
Deliver personalized and memorable experiences to deepen client relationships, familiarizing yourself with client appointments and engaging in small talk.
Identify opportunities for new sign-ups, referrals, and upselling or cross-selling banking products and services.
QualificationsStrong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
Possess a professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
Attention to detail in providing high-quality service and experience. Prior experience in a similar role within private lounges or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills in scheduling, event management, inventory management, and facility management.
