Responsibilities
Drive global process alignment and standardization, with adoption of Best Known Methods (BKMs) in the network
Manage change of implementation of new process/equipment/material which includes process specification, training material, and SOP.
Ensuring, monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness, in close collaboration with site and global SMEs.
Define and drive global metrics to align on standardization efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience for junior role
Minimum 6 years of experience for senior role
Knowledge in Semi-conductor industry, with preference in electronic manufacturing (PCBA Manufacturing).
Knowledge of FMEA, QCP, lean manufacturing is advantageous.
Able to work independently and with less job supervision.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams
