Process Assembly Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automation systems for assembly processes.
Program and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems to optimize production.
Integrate and maintain robotic arm systems to enhance assembly operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless automation integration.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for automated systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of automation equipment.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Familiarity with wave soldering process and hot riveting process, including laser barcode printing systems.
