Responsibilities•Conduct period closing and reporting process accurately and efficiently, proactively communication of potential issues or risk to controllership team.•Provide guidance and overall lead subledger function team.•Post manual journal entry as needed;•Perform monthly reconciliation.•Perform monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet Review, deep dive for key account and outstanding moving.•Assist manager/controller for other report preparation & submission in a timely manner, complete account reconciliation and other ad hoc requests.•Act as internal & external audit coordinator.•Ensure full compliance with statutory policy, SOX, IFRS etc.
Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications•Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major.•Good MS office skill.•Minimum 3 years subledger experience or 0~3 years GL experience.•Strong in local language and good in English, both written and oral.
Preferred qualifications •Excellent communication skills.•Self-motivated with high responsibility •Oracle using experience.
