In this role, you will be responsible to monitor and report agent-wise and team level quality, conduct calibration, performing fraud and compliance audits.
Responsibilities • Actively listen & review sensitive & egregious content for Inappropriate Language, Intent, Title / Thumbnails, and other content for compliance to our policies and be able to rate them on multiple parameters to categorize the content.
• Review, Rate, Classify, annotate, categorize, group or label content related to video, audio, text, image, documents, or other relevant data based on defined guidelines to generate data sets for classification, production and machine learning purposes.
• Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy review.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications • Undergraduate / bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of work experience in a reputed company • Should have solid understanding of workflow, tools used for providing services - Experience working as an Agent in same/similar workflows.
• Eye for detail • Social media savvy • Demonstrated stable job tenure.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
• Highest level of professionalism and self-motivation Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy review.

Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/ sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, suicide/self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
