Process Engineer Gtp

In your new role you will:• Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.• Work as a team between engineers from Manufacturing / Equipment / Technology / Quality to resolve production related quality issues in order to reduce production line disruptions.• Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process& tool release business flow.• Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.• Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.• Manage recipe and procedural control.• Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP).• Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.You are best equipped for this task if you have:1) Master or degree in Engineering / Material Science / Physics / Chemistry disciplines or relevant qualifications are required.2) Preferably with at least 2 years of Furnace / Diffusion experience with vertical or horizontal furnaces and metrology equipment.BenefitsCoaching, mentoring networking possibilitiesWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorFlexible working conditionsHoliday child careMedical coverageOn-site social counselling and works doctorHealth promotion programsOn-site gym, jogging paths, beachvolleyball, tennis & soccer courtOn-site canteenPrivate insurance offersFlexible transition into retirement
