JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist Senior Engineer and above to achieve the department's policy and goals.
Ensure proper production conditions and provide procedures.
Develop new methods of production for new products or processes.
Take action on machine introduction and modification.
Monitor order situation and take action to increase machine capability and capacity if necessary.
Provide technical specifications, samples, and technical data.
Involve in Cost Reduction Activities.
Prepare samples for customer approval.
Source and develop new or substitute material.
Evaluate new or substitute material.
Fulfill the needs of ISO and IATF requirements.
Supervise subordinates.
Introduce only environmentally friendly material to management level or other requirements.
Use only authorized direct/indirect material for environmental conformance material label.
Segregate and dispose of scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.
Ensure all subordinates use environmentally friendly material.
Carry out tasks in a safe and healthy manner by following the Company's OSHMS requirements.
Conduct machine modification activities.
Ensure work planning and implementation is done timely.
Address any outstanding issues.
Participate in project management.
Conduct meetings, scheduling, and performance reviews.
JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Knowledge in process and production is a value add.
