JOB SUMMARY:
To provide process engineering support to manufacturing line and responsible for quality, yield, cost and cycle time of the products.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Provide technical leadership and solutions to day-to-day manufacturing issues.Optimize wafer fab processes using design of experiments and analytical methodologies to improve process and device yield.Analyze failing wafers with cross functional team to identify root causes including working with suppliers and customers for solutions.Support manufacturing to achieve best in class cycle time and OTD.Work with cross functional teams (local and global) as well as across business units on new technology development programs and new part introduction.Error proof processes to minimize/eliminate human errors.Error proof tools to minimize/eliminate equipment issues.Institute effective process controls and work procedures to achieve manufacturing efficiency.Improve tools and processes with cross functional team, suppliers, and customers.Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area.Encourage workers and/or report any kind of violations relating to labour, ethics and EHS.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degreein Chemical, Electrical, Material Science, Physics, or other related engineering discipline is required.Self-starter with a history of project completion, and a focus on organization and detail.Strong communicator, who can effectively work with a team of manufacturing operators, equipment, and process technicians as well as other engineers to work towards overall department improvement.Semiconductor experience, through full-time industry experience, internships, or coursework/labs is preferred.2+ years of experience is preferred but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
