ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide directions and guidance to a team of Process Engineers
Identify opportunities to support cost/quality improvements
Manage project schedules and timelines
Management of product and process validations program
Prepare project documentation including capital requests, design specifications
Management of Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) documentation and relevant action items
Promote a positive and healthy working environment within the Department
Other assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Prior experience on latex products and processing
Lean and/or Six Sigma certification an advantage
Prior experience on medical injection molding
EXPERIENCE:Medical Device manufacturing experience an advantage
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a similar field is required for this position
LANGUAGE SKILLS:Excellent communication skills - fluent in written and spoken English
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:Able to work independently with strong leadership qualities to lead teams and manage projects from initiation to roll-out
Ability to work in a team and cross-functional environment.
