Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Plating process quality and productivity improvement. Establish, maintain, and improve the process efficiency and capabilities.Implement improvement action to meet projected yield and cost reduction.Utilize statistical tools and best-known method for problem-solving and resolving process abnormalities.Assist, lead and coordinate new project/process transfer where needed.Establish, improve and maintain high SOP standards to reduce/eliminate operation variations.Prepare documents for SOP, WI, technical reports and FMEA.Respond to customer claims as well as internal and external audits A/R.
