Process Engineer

Develop solutions to improve product quality, yield, output, cost, & reliabilityEstablish process control and monitoring systems to improve process stability and capabilityDefine process specifications, set up and qualify process equipment, including carry out process validationProvide technical support to productionPerform product failure analysis and problem-solvingConduct evaluation studies and prepare engineering reportsCoordinate ECN applications and ensure proper implementation of ECNEnsure product and process compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in any field relevant to Electronics EngineeringPreferably with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Process Engineering or productionEquipped with statistical data analysis skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitudeAble to work in a team to execute projects and strive for excellenceAble to work independently, and be structured and systematic when working with cross-functional teamsCandidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clientsAnalytical/Quality tools: SPC, DOE, Control Charts, FMEA, DMAIC, Fishbone diagram, etcRequired language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, MandarinRequired computer skills : Microsoft Office.
