Process Engineer

To be responsible for checking, implementing and filing of production reports      Advice maintenance personal to rectify the electrical or any facilities fault or malfunction      Collaborate with relevant departments to draft and review WIs and SOPs, ensuring timely completion and continuous improvement of producti on processesLead and manage activities related to production support, updating delivery reliability progress/KPI reports weekly To monitor and ensure production run according to production schedule      Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions      To train operator on machinery operating, cleaning and maintenance      To rectify production issue, discuss with related personnel and solve the issue      Identify, diagnose, and resolve process related problems      Recommends and implements modifications for operating the equipment in order to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and optimizing production output for existing products, to meet safety, quality and cost indicator goalsSupport any other engineering and development activities      Provide training and guidance to technician to support day to day operation      Report any issues and failure to the Superior      To assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time
