Process Engineer

Responsibilities: To provide engineering support for production operation in addressing any product quality issues and process quality issues. To continuously analyse product or equipment specifications and performance requirements for process improvement activities such as mould design, process design, and equipment design. To participate in cross functional team that design, fabricates, tests and review new product and existing product. To review and ensure proper control of documentation for existing and new product or engineering change (ECO/PCN) and conduct proper handover training for production. To support New Product Introduction (NPI). To coordinate entire process and product flow from development stage (FA) to mass production. To plan and organize resources for all projects to ensure that it is being effectively executed. To prepare, compile and analyse design test data to establish performance standards for new product and/or existing modified product. To review and finalise control plan related to casting processes and any other documents/samples prior to customer submission. Support in any additional task as and when required by the superior. Requirements: Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Materials or Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent. Min 3 years' experience in die-casting or similar industry.
