ANCOM CROP CARE SDN BHD, a subsidiary of Ancom Berhad located at Shah Alam, is an internationally reputable and established company involved in the manufacture of agrochemicals. We are currently looking for suitably qualified, capable, and self-motivated persons for the position of:
Responsibilities:Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
Create and develop new procedures and processes.
Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation.
Analyze, evaluate, and test new and existing processes.
Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures.
Examine existing processes and suggest improvements.
Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.
Contribute to the development of health and safety standards.
Communicate ideas and findings to management and colleagues.
Assist teams in carrying out the implementation of the procedures you design.
Involve in new Product Development.
Working Station:Section 15, Shah Alam.
Interview Process:The interview session will be conducted in person, and candidates are required to travel to Section 15 for the appointment.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or any related field from a well-known university or institution.
Candidate with working experience is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
Can work long working hours and during weekends or public holidays.
