ResponsibilitiesPrepare and optimize production data for PCB Assembly, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
Create and maintain detailed production routings in SAP, optimizing the material and product flow.
Develop clear and concise assembly instructions, considering the requirements and capabilities of the production.
Generate machine programs using software tools, utilizing your knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Manage stencil optimization and inventory, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use.
Oversee the launch of new products, creating all necessary documentation and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Manage product changes and version control, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
Collaborate closely with production and product development teams, providing technical expertise and support, and fostering a strong team environment.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic assembly or equivalent, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Experience in process engineering or implementing lean production methodologies, with a proven track record of improving efficiency or driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in SAP, Siemens Valor or other MES software will be an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external partners to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Quality-oriented and attention to detail.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
