Process Engineer (Pcba / Smt)

Job Title: Process Engineer (PCBA/SMT Specialist) - Immediate Hiring Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize PCBA and SMT processes to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the assembly process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.Lead process validation and qualification for new products and equipment.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in terms of yield, cycle time, and process stability.Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.Support the setup and configuration of new equipment and processes in the greenfield plant.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).3-5 years of hands-on experience in PCBA and SMT processes.Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.Familiarity with IPC standards and knowledge of SMT equipment and materials.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Language required: English, Malay and Chinese
