YOUR ROLE 
1- LEAD INCOMING TEAM FOR FINISHING YIELD IMPROVEMENT
2- PERFORM REJECT & DATA ANALYSIS FOR YIELD IMPROVEMENT
3- WORK WITH MRB TEAM FOR ON HOLD LOT DISPOSITION
4- RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTERNAL CUSTOMER COMPLAIN
5- SUPPORT PRODUCTION FOR CRITICAL DEVICE DELIVERY
6- PARTICIPATE AND ASSIST PRODUCTION WORK CELL
7- OWNERSHIP OF WORK INSTRUCTION AND FMEA AT FINISHING
8- ANALYSIS & PROVIDE SOLUTION FOR QUALITY AND YIELD IMPROVEMENT
9- MONTHLY GENBA AT INCOMING AREA.
10- LEAD PROJECT IMPROVEMENT IN FINISHING DEPARTMENT

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
ADVANCE SKILL IN MICROSOFT EXCEL, POWER POINT, WORD. (BONUS IF FAMILIAR WITH POWER BI)
GOOD IN COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION.
