(internal performance measures and external key performance indicators framework).- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on service offering development, process design, and service delivery, to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the entire process lifecycle.- Tracks and monitors improvement results (service scores improvement or efficiency savings).- Contributes to knowledge base in creating and maintaining quality assurance knowledge articles, such as quality manuals, policies, and procedures.**Process Excellence Community**- Maintains strong relationships with various teams in People Cluster APAC to ensure their quality expectations are met or exceeded. Supports them to establish and maintain quality performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and monitor progress to maintain the highest level of quality standards.- Support the service delivery units on work design and coordination with vendors for seamless service delivery and to address any quality-related issues.**People Leadership**- Works with moderate supervision within established procedures and practices.- Support in managing process excellence training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge on process excellence principles, practices, and standards to maintain and improve process and service quality.**Requirements**:**Education**- Tertiary education, minimum Bachelor of degree in HR, Business Administration or other industry.**Working Experience**- With 1 - 2 years of related HR working experiences in HR Services.- Preferably experience in relevant HR procedures and practices.- Preferably working knowledge of integrated payroll systems preferably on SAP or integrated talent systems preferably on Taleo, Success Factors.- Good analytical skills & project management competence.**Technical & Professional Knowledge**- Good general Human Resources skills and knowledge in the Asia Pacific region.- Service mindset with strong interpersonal and communications skills- Fundamental level of expertise in quality management principles, methodologies, and tools is advantageous.- Fluent in speaking and written English.
