You will oversee and implement new digital technology projects for manufacturing, including dashboards, data analytics, and process optimization, while ensuring these solutions meet user needs, align with business strategy, and adhere to safety and industrial standards. You also maintain the health of existing manufacturing applications such as L3/MES, process historians, and diagnostic systems.What You'll DoPractice 'Safety First' philosophy and promote a safe and healthy work environment.Lead the digital strategy for manufacturing and deliver digital projects efficiently.Lead technical discussions with the manufacturing team for capturing the digital manufacturing requirements and develop business cases for delivering the best fit solutions.Ensure health of the existing manufacturing applications: L3/MES, process historians, and diagnostic systems including enhancements, upgrades, backups, security, and support.Network & Security: Install, upgrade, and support OT Network Systems - Fiber, Switches - Core, Distribution Access, Routers, LAN/WLAN/SDWAN, VLAN, DNS, Auto Asset Inventory and Security - Firewall, Endpoint Security, Remote Desktop Services.Lead procurement and communications with vendors for hardware and software needs.Oversee day-to-day OT network security operations and provide support and troubleshooting of issues reported.Manage endpoint security agents and patching.Participate with the ASEAN Network and Information Security team on project initiatives and the transition to BAU operational activities.Perform network maintenance and OT system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.Infrastructure System: Install, upgrade, and support OT Infrastructure systems: Windows Servers and Clients, Virtualization Platform, Workplace Systems, Storage, and Backup & Restore Systems.Maintain system security, standards, policies, and compliance.What You'll Need to SucceedDegree in Engineering/technical discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.3+ years of experience with manufacturing applications and operational intelligence software in medium to large-sized manufacturing industry.Experience with manufacturing applications throughout the project lifecycle from initial design concepts through to installation and support.Previous technical experience working with 2 or more manufacturing applications: Aspen InfoPlus.21, OSISoft-PI System, Process Historians, MES/MoM, Predictive Maintenance, Process Optimization, Operational Intelligence, and Data Visualization tools.At NS BlueScope, our success comes from our people.
