About The RoleThis role will involve enabling and governance of BE technical tools, methodologies, technical risk management, defining and streamlining BE control tools for continuous improvement.
What You Will DoOwner and governance of BE technical tool & methodology.
Technical risk assessment and management.
Drive overall BE control tool improvement roadmap.
Govern process characterization approach.
Collaborate with BE site to initiate new thoughts and set technical directions.
Overall BE special characteristic CpK streamlining & process improvement.
Coach and solve complex technical issues.
What You Will NeedBachelor's degree in any related field.
At least 10 years of semiconductor field experience.
Strong proficiency in problem-solving methodology.
Coach & facilitate problem-solving skills.
Experience in packaging control and firewall.
Strong leadership with perseverance and cooperation.
Strong ownership with driving, pushing, and executing ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
