Process Operator (Grind & Mix) - Contract 6 Months

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Process Operator specializing in Grinding and Mixing for a 6-month contract position at our facility in Ipoh, Malaysia.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining safety standards.
Operate and monitor grinding and mixing equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate production records Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished products Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with grinding and mixing processes Knowledge of grinding and mixing equipment and production processes Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety protocols in manufacturing Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required Relevant technical certifications are preferred but not required
