Process Operator (Grind & Mix) - Contract 6 Months

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Process Operator specializing in Grinding and Mixing for a 6-month contract position at our facility in Ipoh, Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining safety standards.
Operate and monitor grinding and mixing equipment to ensure optimal performanceFollow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate production recordsConduct regular quality checks on materials and finished productsPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipmentCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlinesIdentify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concernsAdhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentAssist in inventory management and material handling as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with grinding and mixing processesKnowledge of grinding and mixing equipment and production processesStrong understanding of quality control processes and safety protocols in manufacturingAbility to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate recordsBasic computer skills for data entry and report generationExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kgWillingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if requiredRelevant technical certifications are preferred but not required
