Job Description
Responsible for following up on issues related to sample and trial production, and conducting product and process audits according to the project development plan.
Responsible for the preparation and updating of three-level process documents, and the evaluation of product measurability and output test work instructions.
Responsible for translating internal customer quality standards, setting up shipment inspection standards, and organizing shipment reviews.
Follow up on product performance, participate in the analysis and improvement of nonconforming products, and ensure the loop is closed.
Responsible for the operation and management of the PQA team, developing KPI assessment work, and providing technical support.
Responsible for formulating the MSA plan and initial process capability plan during product development and analyzing data.
Responsible for organizing the analysis of customer complaints and return issues, formulating improvement measures, and providing timely responses to the 8D report.
Follow up on improvement measures for audit issues until a closed loop is formed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry setting.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, audit procedures, and nonconformance management.
Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies such as PPAP, FMEA, APQP, SPC and MSA.
Ability to analyze data and apply statistical process control techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in 8D reporting and root cause analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external coordination.
Ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and customer service teams.
Ability to handle customer complaints, coordinate audits, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality deliverables.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements or customer demands.
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), product development lifecycle, and production processes.
