To perform change overs and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements for the designated production line(s).
To monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems.
To ensure operational activities and process performance are aligned with daily production plans.
To assist maintenance technicians in installation, debugging, repair and maintenance of production equipment.
To perform tasks related to autonomous maintenance, changeovers, inspection and testing of equipment and specific projects.
To use troubleshooting skills to resolve process related deviations and problems and maintain equipment reliability.
To perform immediate response activities and manage unplanned events.
To troubleshoot and process problems to return equipment to manufacturing capabilities with minimal downtime.
To diagnose process defects and equipment failure and solve problems with minimal rejects and downtime.
To assist process equipment troubleshooting, minor repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance, utilizing appropriate processes and disciplines.
To perform tasks assigned to operations as per a standard task list including field checks, equipment preparation, samples, etc.
To buddy new team member on daily duties.
To participate and contribute to improvements in plant performance and operating discipline.
To participate in lean manufacturing implementation and continuous improvement.
To participate in company activities pertaining to training, employee activity, firefighting, safety, and health.
To participate in daily line housekeeping (6S activities) and maintain cleanliness and safety of work area.
To support department KPI and work as a team to achieve overall company quality objective.
To undertake job related tasks as assigned by superior/ the management.
Requirements:Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent will be prioritized.
Experience as process technician in manufacturing field will be an added advantage.
Possess basic mathematical skills.
Possess basic MS Office skills such as Excel and Word.
Possess ability to do troubleshooting.
Safety and environmental training and experience.
Willing to work in shift rotation and extra hours.
Willing to work at hot, noisy and dusty environment.
Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize.
