Cooperate with NPI team and manufacturing team to ensure recipe availability. Support Engineer evaluation and process development through recipe creation/optimization and troubleshooting. Maintain good knowledge on SMT process and equipment, such as Pick&place, AOI, printer and SPI. Perform training to operators and technician.
