Processing Executive (Mineral Water Processing)About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Processing Executive (Mineral Water Processing) to join our team at Angenet Sdn Bhd (Spritzer Berhad Yong Peng Branch) in Yong Peng, Johor.
This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our mineral water products.
What you'll be doing
Assist & report to Asst QA Manager
Oversee, monitor & control overall water processing activities from water sources until supply water to the filler room.
Plan & execute overall preventive maintenance & sanitation activities.
Lead any project related to water processing.
Plan for improvement & implementation of QMS, FSMS & Halal assurance within the QA Dept & in the company.
Perform related data analysis to ensure overall water processing operations run following specifications, and to gather info for improvement.
Ensure effective GMP implementation for water processing.
Ensure all spare parts related to water source & processing are at a healthy level.
Monitor & ensure overall water processing operations comply with related statutory & regulatory requirements.
Involve in ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by superior.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Monitor and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency and output.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor in Food Science / Food Technology / Food Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food or beverage processing industry.
Demonstrated expertise in process optimisation and quality control.
Strong technical knowledge of mineral water production processes and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
