Job Responsibilities:- a) Project Management Assist the CPO in managing and overseeing key procurement projects, ensuring they are meeting the milestones.Coordinate internal or cross-functional initiatives and facilitate communication between various departments.Organize and manage CPO-led meetings, preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and following up on action items. b) Data Analysis and Reporting Prepare detailed reports and presentations on procurement metrics, KPIs, and other critical information for the CPO.Gather data from various departments to track and align with the procurement initiatives or KPIEnsure that approval documents are well-prepared, detailed and supported by accurate data, providing a clear high-level overview to assist CPO in decision-making. Job Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of working experience in Technical Procurement.Excellent verbal & written communication skills (Mandarin and English) as the job requires candidate in dealing with oversea partner and suppliers from China.Good communication, report writing and presentation skills.Responsible in keeping discretion and confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
