Procurement Analyst / Buyer

The Procurement Analyst/Buyer role involves managing administrative tasks, handling spend and purchase requests, arranging meetings, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in buying along with strong communication skills. Proficiency in SAP and organizational abilities are essential for effective work management. Work Location : 1 Powerhouse - Bandar Utama Reporting to : Regional Category Director - Packaging Key responsibilities Duties of the Procurement Analyst/ Buyer to assist in daily needs and managing general administrative activities. Handle spend, purchase requests and queries Meeting arrangement, follow up project and preparing reports 2-3 years experiences as buyer and familiarity within our industry would be advantage. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, PowerPoints, SAP. Assist in the preparation of regularly reports and handle requests and queries as needed include providing support to managers. Assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general Administrative Executive Qualifications and skills First Degree holder with 2-3 years working experiences Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
