Maintain quality and cost-efficiency for all materials, meet project timelines, and build a reliable supplier network.
Skills Required:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and custom furniture sourcing.
Familiarity with import/export regulations (if sourcing internationally).
Basic understanding of project management workflows.
Problem-solving skills to address supply chain disruptions.
Requirements:
Education:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement Management, Logistics or a related field.
Background in interior design, architecture, or construction is a plus.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Proven track record in sourcing materials for construction, renovation, or interior design projects.
Fluency in English and Chinese.
Proficiency in other local languages is an advantage.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
