Procurement Asst Officer / Officer

To manage the records of purchases, pricing, and other important data 100% in master tracking file.- To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.- To manage purchasing activities including request RFQ, MOQ, lead time control.- To resolve supplier capacity related issue.- To ensure AVL updated, Supplier Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) are signed with supplier.- To evaluate supplier monthly performance based on quality standards, delivery time and DPAP are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.- To ensure monthly report send by early of the month.- To ensure invoice are on time send to account department within 2 days upon receive from related department.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Degree/Diploma in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred good analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Minimum 1 years relevant experience or equivalent experience- Strong project management skills and ability to work with minimum supervision- Competitive and venturous personality with the ambition to grow in his / her career- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 05/27/2024
