As a Sr Procurement COE Program Manager - Third Party Risk in the Procurement Digital Transformation and Operations organization's Third Party Risk Management and Responsible Sourcing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects aimed at ensuring effective governance and oversight of our Third Party partnerships and Procurement policies and procedures. This includes developing and implementing strategies, procedures and policies to assess, onboard, monitor, and optimize third-party relationships. The role involves strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, and close collaboration with procurement, internal audit, IT, finance, legal, operations, and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be a domain expert in Source to Pay processes with a passion in managing Third Party risks, customer-centric, an excellent communicator, and have an agile mindset. Collaborating, building influence in cross-functional partnerships, and developing relations across the organization and with third-party providers is an essential part of this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and implement tools and processes to improve and mature processes, drive efficiency, and implement best practices in TPRM management and oversight.
Oversee third-party risk assessments, methodologies, monitoring, documentation, remediation, and reporting. Monitor vendor performance, proactively identify and remediate risks.
Evaluate and implement technology solutions that support risk management, procurement processes, and analytics.
Provide education and training to organization and stakeholders on risk management best practices, procedures, and policies.
Design, develop, and produce reports and interactive dashboards.
Ensure procurement policies and procedures and business continuity plans are current, accurate, and comprehensive and organization's adherence to the policies and procedures.
Work closely with audit professionals and with external auditors to articulate and clarify processes, detect risk areas, certify and put in place SOX controls, and remediate audit findings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
8-12 years relevant experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and risk management processes and solutions.
Proven project, program, and change management skills leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, implementing process and system changes.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with keen eye for detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders at all organizational tiers. Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in data analysis tools with proven ability to operationalize metrics to support strategic plans.
