Subject matter expert for all Procurement contract-related matters and responsible for the integrity of the contracting process.
Contract TemplateManage Procurement contract template in relation to Procurement categories (Network, IT, MKT, COA, etc).
Ensure that the business is protected contractually with well-drafted, category-appropriate contract templates that incorporate commercial and operational requirements.
Perform periodic reviews of contract templates in place and provide resolution whenever a situation arises.Contract RepositoryMaintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
Ensure all contracts are signed and stamped for the contract repository.
Work closely with the Contract Admin Team on the contract repository and archive of Procurement contracts.
Manage contract disposal by initiating an annual contract disposal review with stakeholders.Post Contract ManagementCreate and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the single point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Provide advice and recommendations on a broad range of commercial and contractual issues relevant to vendors' contracts.
Coordinate the interfaces between cross-functional teams to resolve escalated contractual issues, claims, and claim defenses to ensure escalations of disputes, legal, and contractual matters are owned and followed through until satisfactorily closed.
Undertake post-contract responsibilities including socialization of entitlements and obligations to stakeholders, issues and risk management, and reporting.
Educate stakeholders about their rights and responsibilities as per the conditions laid in the contract.Contract StrategyProvide contractual strategy and support in key tender exercises by adapting/enhancing contract templates and related contractual documents to ensure that TTDC captures all its technical and service requirements clearly.Procurement NDAResponsible for managing the end-to-end process for Procurement NDAs from update, preparation, negotiation, closure, and signing of Procurement NDAs.Contract ManagementEstablish a contract management policy to regulate the contract management workflow.
Manage contract governance to ensure contracts are renewed, signed, stamped, archived, and terminated timely.
Supervise the performance of the contract and work towards compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned in it.
Prepare reports and documentation on contract performance.
Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension, or renewal according to what's best for the company.
Responsible for other tasks assigned ad hoc.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a similar discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and contract management.
Prior experience working as a contract manager or in a related role.
Passionate about end-to-end contract management.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think critically, analytically, and with attention to detail.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication (written and oral in English) and good interpersonal skills.
