As our Procurement cum Admin Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our operations by:
Ensuring materials and stock purchased align with company standards and requirements.
Managing the requisition process for new products, including sourcing, negotiating quotations, renewing, or discontinuing supplier contracts.
Issuing purchase orders, verifying delivery orders, and ensuring all purchase invoices are accurately updated in the accounting system.
Supporting the HR and Admin Department with day-to-day operations, performing and prioritizing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflows.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Experience:1-3 years in procurement or administrative support roles, preferably within a related industry.
Education:A minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma.
Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
Attitude:A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to excellence.
