Procurement Executive (12 Months Contract)

Procurement Executive (12 months contract)Plan and coordinate purchasing processes to meet team objectives and KPIs set by the Manager, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and recommend improvements to purchasing processes.
Maintain and update accurate records in the HIS/FIS purchasing module, including reviewing purchase order statuses.
Source, negotiate, and procure materials from local and international vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
Identify new suppliers, secure competitive quotations (minimum of three for new items, unless sole supplier or tendered), and provide recommendations to benefit the organization.
Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure compliance with technical and commercial specifications, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Purchasing / Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Basic Knowledge of Purchasing Knowledge Skills
Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good verbal and written communication skills
