Your Responsibilities:
Analyze and negotiate with suppliers to ensure purchase terms and conditions protect the company's interests.
Evaluate current purchasing activities and recommend methods for improvement or standardization.
Plan and determine material requirements while generating purchase orders.
Monitor material inventory levels, ensure alignment with target levels, and minimize obsolete stock.
Track production volume, customer demand, and purchasing trends to inform procurement decisions.
Work closely with production planners and suppliers to forecast, plan, and ensure on-time material deliveries.
Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Identify and develop potential suppliers, maintaining anApproved External Provider List .
Take on other tasks as assigned by your superior to support operational success.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any related field.
Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with knowledge ofPurchasing or Material Planning .
Proficiency in ERP systems.
