Job Responsibilities:Conduct due diligence and research for existing and potential vendors, suppliers, contractors.
Compare and evaluate all quotations, offers from vendors.
Prepare proper documentation for purchase orders, track purchased products/services, ensure timely delivery, and track invoices for payment.
Tracking of invoices and ensure payment submission into company's system.
Conduct evaluation for all products/services rendered.
Take necessary action for vendors failing to meet the agreed deliverables.
Provide marketing support: activities tracking and verification, budget monitoring, documentation for system submission.
Job Requirements:At least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience in related field.
Able to converse inEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Computer literate.
Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
