Procurement Executive

As the Procurement Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee all procurement-related operations. Your work will directly impact the revenue of the company and the efficiency of our supply chain. What You'll Do:



-Monitor and document purchase orders (POs) to suppliers.


-Track delivery schedules and promptly alert stakeholders of any delays.


-Ensure all new and existing products/stocks are accurately updated in the system, including photos, specifications, and stock balances.


-Liaise closely with the warehouse team on stock balance, aging stock data, and all incoming and outgoing stock, including any return stock concerns.


-Perform and support ad-hoc and other procurement/warehouse initiatives.

 
Working Arrangement:
On-Site. Work closely with the Procurement Manager and Warehouse team.

; Requirements:-


-Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is a plus.


-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A background or experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.


-A team player and problem solver with a willingness to learn.


-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.


-Strong planning, execution, and coordination skills.
