Procurement Executive

-Source and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment for the construction site.


-Conduct market research and compare prices from different vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.


-Ensure that all materials meet project specifications and quality standards


-Collaborate with the project team, including engineers and quality inspectors, to verify the quality of materials delivered.


-Arrange for material testing as needed to meet safety and quality requirements.


-Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and supplier contracts.


-Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

; Requirements:-


-At least Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Management, Commerce or equivalent.


-Fresh graduates are welcome.


-Mandarin Speaker is preferable (Required to communicate with China Supplier/Customer)
