Procurement Executive

Responsibilities: Collaborate with superiors to determine fabrication costs, calculate components based on production processes, and respond to customers' RFQs.
Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials, standard parts, fabrication parts, and other necessary production items.
Source, negotiate, and purchase tooling as needed, based on requests from the machining department.
Compare prices from various suppliers and negotiate the best deals to control costs.
Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, products, and parts.
Manage raw materials inventory and plan replenishments based on customer orders.
Receive and process all incoming customer purchase orders (POs).
Update management with KPI reports on subcontractor quality and suppliers' on-time delivery.
Coach and guide junior team members to achieve department goals by clearly communicating job expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in raw materials receiving areas and workstations.
Ensure documentation is filed orderly and is easily retrievable when needed.
Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor or manager.
