Actively participate and commit in full procurement cycle, from sourcing, analysis, negotiation (contracts, terms & pricing), presentation for approval, issuing purchase order, follow up, delivery and verifying delivery order/invoices.Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, delivery performance and service to achieve optimal value. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.Prepare and issue Purchase Order to supplier in promptly manner.Feedback or complain to vendor for goods or services not conforming to purchasing requirements and request for corrective action from vendor (SCAR).Achieve material cost reductions to meet company KPIs, source secondary suppliers for critical parts and ensure material quality meets customer specifications.Control procurement activities to prevent over-buying and ensure material quality meets required specifications.To review the existing procurement processes and implement continuous improvement where necessary to ensure costs are monitored, reviewed, and controlled and promoting cost-saving initiatives.Develop and maintain metrics to evaluate supplier performance and procurement effectiveness including to provide regular reports and analysis to management.Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, relevant regulations, and standards.Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when necessary.Job Requirement Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.Working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is an advantage.Able to work independently, trustworthy and resourceful enough to resolve ad-hoc purchasing related problem.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.High integrity, good negotiation skills, good analytical skills and fast feedback.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.We seek for Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to deal with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
