Procurement Executive

-Supporting department head on all related matters


-To coordinate within Malaysia Procurement Team in terms of logistics, IT, and operations as well as Retail Management department.


-To coordinate with China Procurement team on various related matters and product knowledge


-To collaborate with countries partners: English


-To coordinate with purchasing department and provide support to all


-purchasers including audit SOP, logistics, travel arrangements etc.


-Establish good relationships with all team members from various departments as well as suppliers


-Able to work closely with purchaser, warehouse, logistics and etc. in providing excellent coordinating requirements


-To ensure proper documentations workflow and filing systems are updated and well maintained


-To performs other related duties and ad-hoc task as assigned job.

; Requirements:-


-Able to speak, write and read Mandarin, English, Malay. *Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Client


-Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred


-Preferably Junior Executives


-Fresh graduates are welcomed


-Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point


-Good communication, planning, coordination and monitoring skills


-Willing to work at our HQ (Seri Kembangan, Selangor)
