Procurement Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

1. Coordinate with suppliers & Oversea for purchase orders, shipping, documentation, and negotiations.
2. Monitor inventory levels of respective products.
3. Oversee and ensure timely shipment and delivery.
4. Collaborate with agents, customers, and other departments for seamless operations.
5. Data entry into the system with precision and accuracy.
6. Perform daily activities of the Purchasing department and handle assigned duties by Management from time to time.
