Procurement Executive, Operation Centre (12 Months Contract) Job

Mission Details• Manages procurement activities of industrial categories (eg. Static, Rotating, Maintenance)• Manages the Sourcing to Pay activities for industrial purchases; qualification of vendors, RFQ management, negotiation, commercial validation, contract award, expediting, payment• Identify and drive initiatives to optimize cost and increase automation• Adheres to compliant procurement policies and processes• Facilitate necessary training sessions on GASP core process within GASP and with relevant departments• Execution of PR to Pay process in ERP; Coordination with Shared Service Centre, vendors etc., promote auto-payment process.• Monthly KPI reporting for the Entity• Ad-hoc admininstrative tasks for the GASP teamRequired Profile 5 – 8 years' experience in procurement function preferred Experience in SAP setting project preferred Ability to work in a multi-national environment and a global team Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Good communication skills, open mind, team player, willing to offer help Good English both in oral and written
