Work closely with multiple stakeholders - locally and internationally - and gain business exposure in a multinational environment.Are you meticulous, independent, motivated, and have a digital mindset? If so, this internship is right for you!**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the assessment and evaluation of potential suppliers to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.- Research potential suppliers, industry trends, market conditions, and pricing to support informed procurement decisions.- Support the procurement team in the creation and processing of purchase orders and ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and timely delivery of goods.- Assist in negotiating and managing supplier contracts, including terms and conditions.- Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as needed.- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.- Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.**Requirements**:- Pursuing a relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma program (Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy or any relevant field).- A minimum 3 months practical duration period, more than 3 months would be preferred.- Strong analytical skills and organizational skills.
